Drug Take-Back Program
This program is being held at the Laurie Police Department located at 147 S Main Lower Level, Laurie, MO. Anytime between Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. only.
– Bring in identification to verify that you are at least 18 years of age and that you reside at the address listed on the medication(s).
– Bring medications in their original packaging from the pharmacy.
– You may bring in any medication from a licensed pharmacist, including controlled substances, liquids containing medications, prescription inhalers, and medicated ointments or patches.
– Medications must be in the original container (pill bottle) or the daily planner packet.

DO NOT:
- Do not bring medication from anyone who does not reside in your home.
- Do not bring illicit drugs (ex, marijuana, cocaine, etc.) to the permanent Dropbox.
If this happens, law enforcement will investigate each incident.
Medication/Items NOT accepted:
-SHARPS objects/needles
-Liquids containing Medications
-Prescription inhalers
-Radioactive medications
-Bio-hazardous materials
-Glass thermometers or other medical devices
-Other household waste
